SPG SMS Terms

1. Program

Single Pane of Glass (SPG) text alerts are operated by Windsong Communications Inc., 104 Woodmont Dr, Montgomery, TX 77356. SPG is our internal system for monitoring our video feeds and network equipment. The program sends system status notifications to Windsong Communications Inc. staff: video feed drops, network equipment going offline, outbound connection drops, feed quality problems, and all-clear messages when an issue recovers. Messages start with "SPG by Windsong:" and may include a link to acknowledge the alert in SPG. We do not send marketing messages.

2. Who can join and how

The program is open only to Windsong Communications Inc. staff. You join inside SPG by adding your own mobile number to your contact profile and ticking the text alert consent box. SPG then sends a text confirming you are enrolled. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies: typically a few messages per month, up to 50 during a service outage. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

4. Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or visit the SPG Help page.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time (UNSUBSCRIBE, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to join again.

5. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so text alerts are sent alongside email and do not replace your other on-call duties.

6. Privacy

The SPG Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes are announced to enrolled staff before they take effect.
